Literature is an emotion, and to Dai, a suffering yet lyrical tale conveys heart and soul in a way unique only to words. Dai Shota is a teen author, New York born and raised. She is an avid fan of the classics, Grecian myths, and tragic romance, her own work reflecting the same themes.  Already working towards her associates degree in paralegal studies, she also loves sewing, and studying foreign languages.

Hi! My name is Chrysantha, I’m aspiring to be an engineer or a physicist when I grow up. Other than that, my hobbies include drawing/painting, and playing the cello.

​Swarnali has loved stories ever since she could remember- whether they live in books or persons. She sustains a love-hate relationship with humanity. Other than reading, she enjoys writing, music, skygazing. She looks forward to exploring herself in the coming years and wishes to give back to the world.

Faye Simpson is an 18 year old queer Irish poet who likes to write about love nature and human connection.

I am a secondary student with a deep passion for writing, editing and literature as a whole! When I’m not researching on human psychology and time periods to improve the realism of my writing pieces, I am volunteering for student ambassador duties in my school to guide students from other schools or countries or editing my latest writing pieces using tips from writers online or fellow student writers!

Fiona McMillan is a high school senior with a passion for exploring literature, creative writing, and thoughtful discussion. She enjoys analyzing narratives from multiple perspectives and sharing insights about how stories shape our understanding of the world. When she’s not reading or writing, Fiona can be found volunteering in her community and exploring new ways to combine creativity with social engagement.

​Liane is an 18 year old writer studying in the University of the Philippines as a forestry undergraduate. She loves writing about the finiteness of human nature and fondness unfulfilled. As an aspiring forester, she loves studying about exotic trees and insects.

​Clara Zhu is an aspiring photographer and writer who often finds herself daydreaming. She has a special fondness for rain, the sky, and the all-consuming feeling of love. Apart from her creative outlets, she has also taken up an interest in human anatomy and hopes to work in the medical field.

​Ruisi is a creative writer/artist with a passion for storytelling and visual expression. They enjoy everyday experiences through essays, books, and illustrations. Ruisi aims to create work that is thoughtful and engaging.

Hannah is 15 and an avid writer, reader, singer, and actor! In her free time, she enjoys writing essays about current issues and re-watching Star Wars for the umpteenth time. Hannah hopes to double major in theatre and journalism in college!

Lost in her own world, Ushana loves to do anything that involves colours and creativity. Based in India, she's your next door lazy neighbour, who loves to chat away about her various hyperfixations. And if she's not doing any of that, then you will find her either playing with a cat, doomscrolling, watching anime, or trying to find out if the fanfiction she's been reading has been updated or not. 

Payton Tu is a teen writer from Texas who loves sapphic angst, unreliable narrators, nature-related horror, and exploring the East-Asian identity. She consumes any type of written media (novels, manga, manhwa...) and likes to golf, volunteer, and feed her earring-collecting addiction.

​Lola is a 17 year old girl who lives in Argentina and is into poetry, prose, storytelling, blogs, and art. She aims to be a journalist in the future and to live in another country 

Hi, I'm Elise. I'm 16 and I love music, art, reading and ballet. I am French and American, but I live in Spain (so I speak about 3 languages). I adore listening to music and collecting CDs and I have a cat named Chloe. I like to do a lot of media reviews and write about my ongoing favorite events of pieces of media that I like. I’m very excited to get to know everyone here and be in a supportive creative space!

Ritzbitz here! She's here for the love of anthropology, music rhythm games, and funky gfx. Her love for literary genres of radical feminism, shoujo doujins, and essayists keep her going with thought, feeling, and visual design. 

​Ina is an 18 year old Communications Design student at Parsons School of Design. She's always been immersed in art and creative writing, doodling in sketchbooks and daydreaming stories. When she's not working to become a stronger designer, she's creating comics. She currently has a Webtoon Canvas comic 'Dev and Angie' and is working on another comic on the side.

Vedita is a graphic designer with a strong interest in Visual storytelling, digital aesthetics, and youth-driven media. She focuses on creating clean yet expressive designs that balance structure with creativity, often inspired by editorial layouts, contemporary design trends, and Gen z Culture. 

Spruce is a teen writer, born & raised in Mississippi. She spends most of her time writing, plotting stories, and engaging with other people's passion projects. She doesn't publish her work often, but it usually follows the themes of nature, found family, battling trauma, and fighting for what is right. 

Eileen is a 16-year-old poet interested in topics surrounding female empowerment as well as Asian culture. Outside of writing, she enjoys reading, journalling, and listening to indie pop.

Iro is 17 years old and from the Philippines. She started graphic design in eighth grade by joining her school's publication club. Over time, she enjoyed experimenting with Canva and Adobe tools, and by eleventh grade she joined the creatives committee for various school events, which further honed her design skills.

Kat is a teen that has a passion for design, theater, photography and volunteering works. She mostly enjoy reading fiction, watching theatre plays and consuming texts that relates with astronomy!

Krissy (she/her, they/them)  is a first year college student at UCI. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video games, drawing, and listening to music. You can often find them engulfed at their desk working on computer aided designs or scouring through Spotify to find the perfect song that fits their mood. Ever since childhood, Krissy has always made it her mission to incorporate and learn more about art in her everyday life. As a student studying STEM, she is making it her mission to intertwine both the stem and art fields into her future endeavors.
